unupro offers an end-to-end search, qualification, and screening service to identify exceptionally skilled tradespeople. We then present these skilled tradespeople to our clients, who can then interview and hire their preferred ideal candidates.
unupro was founded to serve companies of all sizes, who are looking to hire exceptionally skilled tradespeople. We specialise in identifying talent across highly skilled professions, such as Architects, Electricians, Plumbers, and more.
unupro believes that for far too long blue collar workers have been overlooked. Our mission is to promote their specific skills and competencies, and match them with great companies who share our mission of empowering skilled blue collar workers.
unupro operates across the UK, with no specific regional focus. However, our experience indicates that it is usually easier to hire skilled tradespeople in larger urban areas, such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Glasgow.
unupro has experience in hiring exceptionally skilled tradespeople across Europe. While building one of Europe's leading heat pump installation companies, the team learned the ins and outs of hiring, and what it takes to be a great tradesperson.
unupro offers two hiring packages; Growth and Premium. The Growth package costs £3,900 per month, while the Premium package costs £1,900 per month. Each of our packages offers a number of benefits. See our pricing section for more information.
unupro clients have two options by which they can pay. The options offered are invoice and card payment. Note that if a client wishes to pay by invoice our contract only comes into effect once the full payment has been made and received.
unupro offers a money back guarantee to clients. The guarantee covers the number of candidates unupro promises to provide per month. If unupro fails to deliver the agreed number of candidates, it will refund the cost of the monthly package in full.
unupro has a minimum contract term of three months. This ensures that unupro partners with clients long-term, which ensures greater results for both parties. Once the initial three month term is over, clients can then cancel on a monthly basis.
